BOOKING POLICY
Please read the below policy before booking with ENC Aesthetics.
No under 18’s allowed, please do not be offended if asked for ID.
A deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Please note that we require at least 48 hours' notice to change or rebook your appointment.
All anti-wrinkle appointments require a consultation 7 days prior to treatment day. A follow-up is also needed 10 to 14 days after to review the treatment. Any appointment requested after the 14-day time frame will be charged.
When attending the ENC clinic, please refrain from bringing any under 18’s as this is a clinical setting and our insurance does NOT cover us.
FOR ALL SPMU BOOKINGS
For all semi-permanent bookings, please note that all clients are required to conduct a patch test to ensure that there are no allergic reactions to the products being used.
The pigment will go under a micro-scratch and the anaesthetic will be placed under a plaster on top of your arm and on your lower back.
After 24 hours, you can remove the plaster and please examine your skin after another 24 hours.
If there is no reaction, no redness, swelling, irritation or itching then it is safe to proceed with the treatment.
If you suffer a reaction, please contact us immediately.
SEMI-PERMANENT MAKE UP AFTERCARE

Always avoid unnecessary touching, scratching or picking of the treated area.

Always wash and dry your hands before and after handling the treated area.

Do not get the area wet for at least 2 weeks.

Do not use any skin products, creams, washes or make-ups, on the area whilst it is still healing for 7 to 14 days and only use Coconut Oil and the Vitamin A&D Ointment sachets given to you as healing creams.

Healing cream should be applied gently at night, not thickly. This is to prevent drying out and cracking of the skin.

Swimming, sunbeds and sunbathing should be avoided until the area fully recovers (one month).

Do not drink alcohol in excess for the first 5 days and 48 hours prior to treatment.

Do not sweat excessively for the first 5 days

After approximately two weeks all the dryness should have gone & should have naturally been replaced with fresh skin
